Since its inception in 1992 with the establishment of Al Samman Engineers and Contractors, the Al Samman Group of Companies has grown significantly whilst still maintaining the family values instilled by the Chairman of the Board – Walid Amin Ibrahim Samman.

The foundation of establishment came to implement ambitious ideas, certain desires, discreet and conscientious considerations to launch a construction firm that will foster the principles of professional excellence; highest level of quality service, cost-effective and on-time completion of project deliverables to meet or exceed Client’s unique goals and objectives.

For the past 24 years, Al Samman Engineers and Contractors has always embraced changes within the industry and thrived on innovation, continuous improvement and best practice. It gained professional experience which encouraged the entire organization to produce a successful and unblemished record in terms of handing over turnkey projects to several distinguished Clients. Moreover, it gave the team an edge in the competitive market that boomed in the fields of residential and high-rise commercial complexes inclusive of all Construction Works. Year 2008 marked the envisioned changeover of the establishment into a fully-grown company, Walid A. I. Samman Company (Ltd.) For Construction. Six years later, on July 2014, Kenaaz came in to unite and pursue the envisioned objectives and goals established by then WAISCO (Ltd.). The unification aims to be stronger and competitive in all aspects of the business. At a time when costs continue to rise, our engineering and construction clients face an increasingly dynamic environment driven by globalization, greater project complexity, and a rising call from customers for faster and less costly performance.
